Our policy on cancellations, refunds and prasad returns.

Overview
This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all puja bookings and prasad orders made on www.sebaitsouvik.com. As our services are spiritual in nature and prasad is a sacred, consumable item, please read this policy carefully before booking.
Cancellation by You
- You may request cancellation of a puja at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date.
- You can cancel from your account under My Account → My Pujas, or by contacting us.
- Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the puja, or after the puja has been performed, are not eligible for a refund.
- For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle; the current cycle is not refunded.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or credited to your Sebait Souvik Wallet for faster future bookings.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch carry no charge, as no payment was made.
- International shipping charges are non-refundable once the prasad has been dispatched.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unavailability, force majeure (natural disasters, etc.), incomplete or incorrect information, or violation of our Terms. In such cases, a full refund is provided.
Prasad & Returns
- Prasad and religious items are sacred, consumable goods and are non-returnable.
- If your prasad is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a suitable replacement wherever possible.
- Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural calamities.
